I find it hypocritical of you to include an essay which stated that if you disrespect other organizations, then you have truly not pledged; yet in the caption on the page dedicated to your Fall 2000 line, the chant says "Loooord! I want to pledge today. noooo. Not that GAY PHI GAY..." Truly you did not mean GAY PHI GAY in any manner other than a disrespectful and homophobic one. Do some more "traveling," as your article, "Pledging vs. Hazing" admonished some of us to do.
