I was trying to find the harper coat of arms that my dad had described to me and I stumbled across your website. It looks great. I wonder if you have any info on my line. All I know from my dad is that some time ago when he traced the tree he found out about three brothers that came from Ireland. My mother was Cora Virgil Harper. She is decended from the Harpers who migrated to Marion Co. Ohio in early 1800's then moved on to Fayette Co. ILL in 1851. Benjamin Harper b. 1770 Frederick Co. VA, Thomas Harper b. Sept. 28, 1800 Frederick Co. VA, Abraham Thomas Harper b.June 20, 1827 in Marion Co. Ohio, Charles McClellen Harper b. July 29, 1882 in Fayette Co. ILL and my mother Cora Virgil Harper b. January 31, 1909. I don't have any information on Benjamin's parents. By any chance do you?

I have so enjoyed this page and have gone to it a few times. I am a decendant of the Brewer/Lanier line...My grand mother was Lucy Ella Brewer who is the daughter of James Monroe Brewer who is the son of Jonas Brewer who is the son of George Brewer who is the son of Lanier Brewer 2 and the son of Lanier Brewer 1 who is the son of George Brewer and Sarah Lanier. George Brewer is the son of John Brewer 3 and he is the son of John Brewer 2 and he is the son of John Brewer 1 who is the son of Thomas Brewer 1 and he is the son of William Phistian Brewer and Deanes Baker. Now having said that, again I want to thank you for this wonderful web site and ask where you were able to come up with these names?
