Hi there, I was reading up on your sleep apnea page as I have only been diagnosed with cronic sleep apnea several weeks and found it increadibly useful. After my sleep study they discovered I awoke 169 times an hour on average and now I have to wear a very uncomfortable air mask to sleep like yourself. I'm in the process of having to decide which model CPAP I have to purchase and I'd value any further information you may have apart from what you have written which is extremly useful.
