Yesterday, a lady approached me and was talking about her birthday. She asked me when my birthday was? When I told her she then stated to me my sun sign my moon sign and told me I was an empath? Today I wanted to know more about empaths, so I googled the name and was led to your sight.

I don't know if i am a true empath but I always wondered why I would be feeling great then all of a sudden i would get feelings of aniexty, fear, and general feeling ill that would disappear when I left a certin area or got by myself. I thought i was unhealthy for a while but I know that i am not unhealthy. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does of course fear sets in. Thanks for your article on Empathy it has seemed to put me somewhat at ease.
