Was reading through the Datalink Guestbook and came across a really poor email from Nathan, in Miami. Anyone with some common sense would think on the ISP connection of 42,000 compared to 21,600 would be evident to anyone with any smarts about them, that it would be a phone line or modem problem and depend on the area you live in. I have been on Datalink for 1 year and am really pleased. I get a connection of 50,000 everytime. If you don't like their service... instead of complaining take your happy *** somewhere else then.

In reference to "Nathan" sounds to me like you dont know what your talking about. If a person gets 42000 at one place and another gets 21600 sounds to me like "Nathan" has a modem problem or a phone line problem. either way it is something YOU need to resolve because I have been with Datalink from December of 1998 and have had nothing but a 52000 connection with an 8k per second download rate. Also, I lived in northwest Miami by the old goodrich plant for the first two months that I had the service and couldn't get but a 24000 connection. So in regards to "Nathan" don't knock the best. You could be stuck with 2 dogs

Ok, I have been wanting to say this for a long time, Datalink is the sadest ISP I have ever seen. How can people say that it rules? Does 21,600 bps (at the most) rule? Hell no it doesn't, they are scam artists. I have a Pentium 4 and I still get 21,600 bps (at the most)! My friend has a Wal-Mart computer and she gets 42,000 bps from datalink (who knows!???) That would be a dream for me! Well.... have fun with an ISP that isn't worth a damn. BYE ALL!
