Dit lyk my ons moet afkomstig wees van die Johannes'se. Al ons mans se tweede naam is Johannes. My oupa was die eerste Botha met 'n unike naam gespel 'Ellick'. Hulle het met sy geboorte gedink dit gaan 'n dogter wees en haar naam moes 'Elsie' wees van hier die naam 'Ellick'.

My biological father's name is Louis Botha born 5 Dec 1925 I believe and lived in Coronation Road Maitland Cape Town in the 50's. He also worked at Metal Box in the 1950's as well. If anyone out there can put me in touch with his relatives I would be most grateful. Rolene

I'm trying to find a Christina (Christa) Botha, born in 1938, in Wolmaranstad, Transvaal. She's an artist and my family has several of her works, and we would love to know more about her or, hopefully, get in contact with her. The latest info I have is from 1986 that she was in exhibition in Pretoria through the South African Arts Association Gallery. Many thanks!
