I have read your story. I take in teenagers, and that is one of th things I worry about. What if after they leave, they decide that they are mad at me. I treat all of them as if they are my own, so I pray I will never have to go through what you have. I am single, so at least I don't have a husband for them to accuse. God Bless you and your family.

My family is going through a major hell right now because of false allegations. We even have all kinds of proof that a family member is innocent and no one cares. In Michigan, CPS finds ways to create abuse and neglect, because they get bonuses and get paid for taking out so many children out of their homes. These are very dark times and it seems that no one can help.

I HAVE LEARNED IN MY BATTLE WITH CPS THAY THE HARDER YO TRY TO PARTICIPATE WITH YOUR WORKER THE WORSE IT GETS THE TRUTH IS NEVE A VALID POINT IN COURT AND THE ONLY TESTOMONY THAT MATTERS IS THE CPS LIES.I WAS IN A ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH A MENTALY ILL PERSON AND WHEN HE TURNED FROM HITTING ME AND PUSSHED MY DAUGHTER AGENST THE WALL I SAID ITS TIME TO GET OUT HIS FAMILY CALLED CPS ON ME AND THEY ROMOVED MY CHILD SAYING I WAS HOMELESS AND MENTALY ILL NONE OF WHICH WAS TRUE BUT IN THIS CASE THEY DID NOT NEED EVEDENCE AGAINST ME.THAY GAVE MY DAUGHTER TO MY ABUSIVE HUSBANDS FAMILY THE SAME FAMILY WHO REPORTED ME .I AM NOW GOING THROUGH HELL TO DO EVERY THING CPS WANTS BUT BELIVE IT OR NOT NOTHING HAS BEEN GOOD ENOUGHT.MY CHILD WAS BORN IN 1997 AND HER NATUREL FATER HAS NEVER SEEN HER GUESS WHAT CPS HAS FOUND HIM CHILD SUPPORT RECOVRY NEVER FOUND HIM BUT CPS HAS FOUN HIM AND ARE PAYING FOR HIM TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY TO TAKE MY CHILD FROM ME WHEN ALL I HAVE LEFT ON MY CASE PLANE IS 7 MORE WEEKS OF PARENTING CLASSES.I AM SO BAFFLED AS WHAT TO DO NEXT THAY WORK YOU OVER UNTIL YOU JUST WANT TO LAY DOWN AND GIVE YOUR CHILD AWAY WITH OUT A FIGHT...PS IF YOU HAVE A OPEN CASE PLAN SEE HO MANY ITEMS WILL GIVE FUNDS TO CPS ORGINIZATIONS...AND YOU WILL KNOW WHY NOTHING YOU DO IS GOOD ENOUGHT
