Any comments about why you wrote it? I wanted the world to see the effect of child abuse, and wanted to raise awareness for it

Your Poem:
I want you to follow me There is something I must share A secret, hidden Must finally be free Do you see her? Over there, sitting in that tiny chair Thin curling blonde hair, baby blue eyes, soft pink lips With a smile oh so rare People say she’s darling Curled up in the furry blanket A pink ruffle flutters underneath Wisps of the crisp sundress she so treasures With nap time ove Its time to go explore She’s traveled the world, claimed Neptune as her own Even found for her puppy, the perfect pearl white bone Ahh, the day is over, time to scurry home Time to share with her family The finger painting she did that day Working so happily, rosy cheeks so eager, “I can’t wait to show my mommy dear!” "Mommy! Mommy!" My, she is so lovable Her innocent voice, her dewy pale skin The angels stare proudly, as if one of their own But something’s wrong, Mommy is filled with rage and terror The resentment of years, I knew this day would come Her eyes so fiery, her fist so stiff, she will surely pounce The petite little girl, eyes so mortified She barely escaped that final blow Her sandal now torn, trips her on the stairs “Serves you right! You inbred filth!” rings the booming voice Panting so hard Her sides cramped in Her left eyebrow bleeds, the cut seems deep “I’m sorry mummy” whispers baby angels’ voice Tears of pain roll down her bed But they are not her own “I’m sorry too,” whispers her angel so dazzling Shining in gold, robes so pure, “It’s time to take you home” She lifts her up So gentle to the touch, her pain fading away Clutching tight to her chest, in her pink sundress A picture of her mother, holding her baby angel’s hand

Any comments about why you wrote it? I love someone so much

Your Poem:
Thoughts and Feelings Never met a man like you Thought to found my love in Lou Who could bake a partner for me? Then I got your letter – Bee! Your talk and laughter, so sweet in my mind I felt, you are the one of my kind! For you, my heart has opened door I never experienced it like this before! No more lies to any more spies I wished, you could bear my silent cry While time slowly creeps on by You promised to call But I am not sad at all Rather feel pity for you, Cause I kicked you too hard, even without shoe! My Darling, I wished to turn to a dove Fly all the way for – to stay in love! GK, Germany
