Ice disappeared for a while, and I personally was glad to see him go. When "To the Extreme" came out, I was listening to Nirvana & Soundgarden, I've loved rock music my whole life. When Van Winkle resurfaced he was preaching some new album. I heard it was pretty hardcore and that it was produced by Ross Robinson. I was a bit sceptical, but I figured, hell, what could it hurt, I'll give the Iceman a chance. It was a great move. "Hard to Swallow" is the absolute shit. I love the tunes he's pumping out now. "Hard to Swallow" never leaves my CD changer...it's always in there. It's one of my favorite albums because it's real, it's about real life. It's not completely soulless and manufactured...it comes from his heart, and I really grew to admire that. He's made a complete turnaround. He's made a believer out of this doubter. Now my only question is...where can I get more?? I heard he had a new album slated to be released in mid-2000....what happened?? If it's as hardcore as "Hard to Swallow", then it's an absolute must for my collection. If anyone has any info on this potential new album ( the last I heard it was going to be called "Bomb the System" ) Please drop me an e-mail, and help out an eager fan. Much Love, Face

Hello...Im a 23yr old mother of 2 and wife...I hated rap/hip-hop...until now...my husband started rapping...within the last 5 mts..and damn he is awesome...he is working a record deal right now...with his label and they are fixing to start promoting him...he looks like Van. Ice...but finer..(of course..hes my husband) but free-flows much better than eminem...He has been working with a man named Larry B_ _ _ _ .
