The Bible gives us God's commands, which are not to be changed. It's in the Bible, Matthew 5:18, NIV. Romans 3:23 NIV says "for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". Galatians 3:22 "But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe""God will give to each person according to what he has done. To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil. "Romans 2:6-9NIV. "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. " Galatians 6:7-8 NIV. John 3:16 says God loves us so much that he gave his only son so that we may have eternal life. " ...If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." This is the gayest JW site I have every seen. Seriously, most of your JW weight problems has to do with being a JW, which is pretty much synomomous with being miserable . . . therefore you overeat to fill that hole. Leave the borg, get some exercise that does not include a book bad and Watchtower magazines and start living life instead of the illusion of a spiritual paradise. 1914 was a long time ago, they're all dead-that generation, and the WTBTS lies to you. RUN and you will lose the weight.
