I wanted to do something really special for my wife, Margaret's birthday. As our dogs are an integral part of our life and family I chose to have a portrait done for our family room wall. After looking at some local area galleries, I didn't know if painting truly reflected my dogs. The painting just didn't seem lifelike to me. I went on-line and picked Cherie Vergos to draw my dogs. I chose her because I felt that a drawing would be more creative and depict greater detail that a brush painting. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Her drawing captured not only the dogs, Spirit and Sienna, appearance it captured their very personalities. The drawing is like staring straight in their faces! Cheri was helpful and made me a part of the process. The gift was a slam dunk, it was original and the responses we get when visitor's see it is incredible. Cherie did a portrait of my English bulldog puppy, Sebastian and she captured him exactly. Right down to seeing all the wrinkles on his face and head. Cherie, you did such a fantastic job, thank you so much.

One of Cherie's artwork was a present for me from my parents when our first sweet girl was put to sleep. Cherie just did an incredible job on our handsome Chesapeake. It was definitely a challenging job, but Cherie's talent has made him look effortless! Thank you!!!!

Her prices are great too and sizes to chose from......The portrait looks exactly like the pic I sent her and she sends regular updates and does it in less than a week. Hi Cherie, I want to personally thank you for doing the beautiful portrait of our lab, Sonny. It is gorgeous and we are so thankful to have it. He is our seventh lab and obviously, we just love the breed. Our son and daughter-in-law saw a terrible void in our lives and bought us Sonny. He has been a blessing and we love him so very much. We now realize that there really was a void in our lives. We do travel now but in a different way than we expected to---we go camping and Sonny comes with us. He loves it and has become our "navigator" in our motorhome. We always have admired the portraits you did for Sharon and Skipp of their yellow labs. This summer I had a party for my husband on his birthday and Sharon decided to give her Dad the most perfect gift of all- your portrait. Cherie did an unbelieveable job on Connor the Whippet. MY wife loved the gift.She is truly one of the best pet artists in this country. She has a gift and its being an artist. Her attention to detail, customer service, and enthusiam are unmatched by anyone else I spoke to about pet portraits.
