I liked your web page. I shocked myself by actually getting there. My favorite recipe is from Emeril Live - Roasted Lamb Chops Stuffed with Black Olives and Goat Cheese. I modified it though. Since I hate lamb i use pork. My in-laws were not too impressed this summer when I made it for them. They don't care for spicey food. Give em a boiled swede and an unseasoned piece of meat and they are happy. I hope you drop a line sometime. I printed out your stuffed mushroom ala porkchop recipe. I'll probably try it this week. It was nice chatting with someone in the mat that has the same interest as I do.......FOOD! I said once I was going to apply for the food911 t.v. show and get help with making a pork pie for the hubby. I tried one in England this summer. Was not impressed. I do not like their sausage. The English breakfast fry-up was pretty good (except for the meat). Bread fried in bacon fat is really pretty good. But, beans for breakfast......I don't know about that. Do you play drums also? You certainly are a well rounded individual. I played them in the middle school band but that doesn't count. My oldest son plays guitar. I taught him his first cords D, C, E, A, G, and he took off from there. If you like Metallica you'd like his music. He really is a great guitarist. Hope you respond soon. Hi Pork Chop! Please delete this message after you see it. Long time no write! I'm back at school here at Copley for now; in March I'll also be out at Sugar Grove again. The year hasn't been too good so far. My dad passed away Jan.12 and I got kicked out of the band I was in (the drummer's wife wanted to sing, found out I was in the band, and I guess she cut her husband off from you know what!). Anyhow, Dave actually gave me a birthday present and card (Fannie May candy, my favorite!) I have a funny story about him and donuts I'll tell you sometime. (I told him I'd buy him a donut or two and he ordered 8 donuts and coffee!)
