Hello Deborah. My mother's maiden name is Genia Gilels. She is from Vilna and was born in 1934. My grandfather's name was Zelig Gilels and my grandmother's name was Zofia (nee Arkuski). Maybe we are related. Hope to hear back from you.

My parants was born in Vilna and become Partizans around the sourounding forests near Vilna. many of our relatives was killed in Kailis Work camp. visited Vilna 3 years ago.
