Today, I will try wholeheartedly to let go of the distress and anger I have for people denying the truth, that ticks me off to no end after this hell. Heck it was only me that lived this neverending nightmare. I'm just supposed to forget about it and walk away -- trust me I relentlessly tried, some weird brain function doesn't allow it though, literally. I've tried over and over again it isn't working. So, first I have to save me. No, first he through his words has to save me; well doesn't have to, but I still don't give up hope that he will guide me and help through his words. That simply is what I search for. I regret this. A man with a broken heart came to my house one day to say he was sorry. I stood in the upstairs window and was afraid to come down. I told him to hurry and leave I didn't want to hurt him further; I was angry at him but yet sobbing because I wanted to run after him and hug him and say things would be ok, for me, for him. And that I cared for him deeply, I just hated his demons as he did. I regret that; the door would have closed if it was him -- the man with the big heart that actually turned around. I was too afraid that it would be the opposite. I regret being afraid. My life would be very different. I shouldn't have been afraid, but I was beyond afraid and truly sad. I regret that.
