A fascinating website for someone like me who is curious as to the white experience in South Africa. Just like Zimbabwe is now creating a famine by its racist policies of evicting most of the productive farmers because they are white, it appears that the South African government is going to be shooting itself in the foot by its reactionary policies. As you said, they will force many of the most educated and skilled people to flee the country--I certainly would not want to live there. Political correctness drives the media here in the US to depict the leaders of South Africa as legends and freedom fighters. And, it infuriates the blacks here as well, adding to their lists of grievances against whites, most of us who never committed any wrong act to a black person. Now they demand that we pay them for unpaid wages during slavery, saying that I profited from their labour, when my grandparents were still living in Europe! How could I have possibly profited from that? Thanks for a great website.

Very informative site. I'll be a regular visitor. It's interesting to see prophetic parallels between the "new" South Africa and my home state of Georgia, where lack of respect for the law is par-for-the-course in black communities.
