Hello! I was browsing and found you. My father was a police officer during the prohibition era. Now I am a senior Mom of a police officer, who has a family of his own. I don't know you, but my prayers are with you all. You are special! You "Men in Blue"-- the day/night soldiers who are "always on duty". Please know that whenever we are driving, or where ever we may be, when I see you, I am concerned about your welfare and I do worry about you-- I am always concerned when I see that lone police officer stopping a vehicle. I only wish you had partners with you every day. So many of you don't. But I do know that you have one partner who will never leave you--our Lord. He is with you every step of the way. You are all appreciated. We honor you. We thank you for all that you do each and every day of your lives. May God keep you safe and may his protective angels surround you always.

My father is a police officer and I am going to school to become an officer or an FBI agent and I look up to and respect all officers of the law. Our police department in Middletown CT has just recently lost a member of our family, and he was a great person, father, and friend. His name is Sgt. George R. Dingwall and he died in a car pursuit. I would like to pay tribute to him and also say what a great site this is and how nice it is to see someone like yourself take the time to do this site. I commend you and honour you.
