I was stationed at Bitburg, Prum and Wunstorf during the period of 1956-1959. I would love to hear from anyone there during that time period. I plan to attend the reunion in Nashville this year.

Stationed at Giebelstadt from late 1958 thru end of 1960. Visited in 2001 just prior to 911. Much the same, except for some new buildings that weren't there when I was. Medical Clinic for one. Collins Theater - named after a friend M/Sgt. Collins was still there as was the "Hanger". Most Radar equipment was gone. Village of Giebelstadt housed a Boat Manufacturing facility. Wuerzburg was BIG! Germans unfriendly unlike when they thought the Soviets were going to come during the "Cold War".
