Was in Royal Air Force signal section at RAF Celle 1956-7. Remember you people of Det 6., with mixed memories - mostly fogged due to alcohol-related activities. Remember you wouldn't eat in our mess (who could blame you) and used to take your meals down at Willy Ramin's or at The 'Teahouse'. And who can forget the ladies at 15 Bloomlagerstrasse ?? Oh, so you never visited? Some of you never ventured farther than the Zillertal.
Best wishes to you

Hi all, I was stationed at Prum AS from March 1982-Mar 84. I did a lot of TDY at the 602TCS/Site 1/Sembach AFB and FACP/Al Jubail-Saudi Arabia. I was in the AGE/REFER shop. Prum AS was heaven, what a great assignment. Thats where I fell in love with M-35A2s,they may be big, heavy and slow but man are they fun to drive! I look forward to the warm weather and pulling my "Deuce and a half" out of mothballs. There's nothing like the smell of "GI canvas" and the roar of a multifuel engine. God Bless America!!!
