I was stationed with the 615th at Neubrucke AI, West Germany from 1982 - 1984. I spent a lot of time with the 601st at Sembach while we brought the 615th back on line. I also trained at Lauda on the 412L, and at Siegen to bring the Hughes Air Defense System on line. I am interested in hearing from others that were there during the 80s... The history of the 615th is very interesting to see here as well. I did not realize the 615th was initially at pruem, Pruem was a Detachment of the 615th when I was there in the 80s, but we did not interact with them much except by radio. I drove up to Pruem once to look at it, but it seems that it was a small radio/height finder site when I went to look at it in 1983.

I was station at the Kuppe from May 3,1967 until May 2, 1970. It was a beautiful place.

I have moved changed my e-mail since I last signed in. I was stationed at Celle at the 601st OL6 from March 59 to April 62 and worked in communications maintenance. I would like to hear from anyone that was at Celle during my stay.

Was stationed at prum in the 601st Age Nov 13 86. Moved to zweibrucken then c.o.t. to Bitburg. Left Nov 13 92. would be great to hear from anyone from that time.
