I served in the 601st ACW Pforzheim from Aug.'55 'til approx.'57 when transfered to the 615th at Pruem. ZI'd in Sep.'58 and left the service. I remember Leo Lane, Frank Hoak and others. Darrel Starling was a good friend who, unfortunately died in a car/rail accident in Lufkin, TX in 1959. I have good memories overall. God bless you all and all who serve presently ! Merry Christmas!

Was stationed at 615th ACWS Feb 85 til Sep 86, when we gave the bunker back to the Germans. Went to Det. 1 601st TCW (ADNC) @ Frankfurt Int'l Airport until May 88.

Iwas stationed with the 601st TCS At Sembach Ab from 9-71 till we moved to Weisbaden Ab in 73 then to Prun As in 75. I worked at the CRC and was a ground radio operato.If there are any guys out there that were at sembach and weisbaden and we worked together I am looking forward to connecting again. The 4 yrs I spent in Germany left me with many great life time memories. Germany was the best assignment I had in the 7 yrs i spent in the Air Force.

I was stationed at Rothwesten in 1960 with the reconstituted 1st Radio Relay Sq. 18 months later, squadron was redesignated as 2057th RRS and I was relocated to Wunstorf Det. until May,1963 discharge as SSGt. Great time at both place and met great people.
