Hi, I'm new to astronomy with a 60mm tasco refractor that my sister gave me. It's cool to see someone who's for the little guys in this. after all we are seeing stuff that galileo never saw do to our increased quality optics, and consider all he did.

My son Lewis (7 years old) and I surfed the net for astronomical societies and we found yours which is very close to our home(Teddington). My son is developing a keen interest in astronomy and we were wondering if you knew of anywhere that he might be able to view Mars through a telescope?
