I'm very happy to see a site that specializes in viewing through a small telescope. It gives me hope that I'll be able to view a lot of the beautiful sites that the universe has to offer. I'am fairly new to astronomy and have several questions I'd like to ask. Does anyone know where I can possibly go to get these questions answered? Thanks!

Great Site, this is a wonderful place to visit if you are beginning in astronomy. I to had wondered what I could see through a 6" reflector and your observations are spot on!! One comment / suggestion I would like to make occured to me when you mentioned the Orion nebula and the trapezium (sp?). I had looked at this before and saw only 3 stars and they did have a bit of glare. I went to a star party and borrowed a friends las r collimator, about 10 minutes later I could easily see all 4. What a difference the better collimation made on clusters as well (not to mention planet detail). I have one on order now and will tell you if it really helps out or if I just got lucky that night. (By the way, you can get them for under $65 now a small price to pay for the improvement I saw! Plus they will work when you get a bigger scope (just like eyepieces).)
