I wanted to read your story when I was searching for toys for my daughter. She is 2 and she has cerebral palsy. I love her more than life itself. I still have a hard time coping with her disability although I wouldn't change her for anything in the world. I guess that I feel sad for her knowing that life will always be a challenge for her.

I am truely sorry for all that you have and are going thru. I have never lost my children but have CYS up my butt on anything that they could think of. In this one instance we got lucky and won and they lost. I can tell you it pissed them off too. Anyways I dont know if you have searched for support if not yahoo groups has alot of groups that pertain with this legalized kidnapping. The system needs changed!!! As for the ones that dont understand and say that things were done for the good of the children, start investigating, you will learn that the money is the only thing that they are interested in.

I am so sorry to hear of your lost and problems with CPS. I think you are in Pa aren't you. My second ex, daughter, and I were victims of Fairfax County CPS in the Commonwealth of Va. Our parental rights were terminated in November of 83 and our daughter placed up for adoption and adopted in 84. Now her adoptive parents are screaming "Wrongful" Adoption because the department of Adoption Placement Services within CPS in Va did not share all the medical and family background on our daughter with her adoptive parents. CPS and CASA are doing all they can to protect children from abuse. you let your ex hurt your kids before, why wouldn't they think you would let them get hurt again, instead of fighting to get your oldest children back, you laid around and had more babies that you cant even take care of. CASA should have done everything they could to keep your children protected them, because YOU failed to protect them before.
