This has been a very pleasant place to vacation at. It was clean comfortable and fully furnished. Just like home away from home with the proprietors Mr. & Mrs. Howard being down home friendly and a wealth of knowledge of the local sites to see. Great Mountain View off of the covered porch and only 5 minutes from the lake to go fishing. The wife loved having everything she needed to cook our own meals if we wanted in a country setting, but still not far from being able to go out to eat at some fine restaurants. We will book our vacation here when we come down again. If you like to relax, look out over the mountains from the covered porch this is the place to be. Five Stars out of five stars.

IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY NICE. IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED , JUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. IT IS VERY AFFORDABLE TOO.YOU WILL FIND IT AS ONE OF THE BEST OUT OF TOWN PLACES YOU WILL EVER FIND.THEY TREATED US LIKE FAMILY.THE OTHER PLACE IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER GILMORE'S BOAT DOCK 865-767-2177. TIM & SHERYL MYERS HAVE GREAT PLACE IF YOU PLAN TO DOCK YOUR BOAT ON YOUR TRIP. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT A VERY GOOD PRICE.BAIT & TACLE,GAS FOR YOUR BOAT.WE LEFT OUR BOAT IN THE WATER ALL WEEK WHICH WAS VERY NICE.SHERYL TREATED US LIKE SHE HAD KNOW US ALL OUR LIVES.I HIGHLY RECOMMED BOTH OF THESE PLACE ON YOUR NEXT STAY AT CHEROKEE LAKE
