Just browsing different types of small dogs, used to have shih tzus, but I'm wondering if I shouln't be getting a different breed of dog this time.... are chin's the same temperment as my beloved others were? I also, don't like yappy dogs...don't really know much about chins, but they sure do look adorable....are they good travellers, as my husband and I are motorhomers. Thanks kindly.

I have a JChin that I was lucky enough to get 3 years ago from a Humaine Society. She had been terribly abused and only has one eye but is the most wonderful "child" I have every had. She is red and white and a joy.

I own 4 beautiful Chins. Mr. Chin,13 male, Igor,12 male, Bugsy,9 male, and Illuminata 7, a female. As you can see, I've had them for years and really love the breed. It's like having cosmic energy in your home as a friend. I can't help but smile when I see them. They are little happy spiritual healers. They were created to love and be loved.

I have a wonderful male chin. His name is Sir Tristan. He is the most loving friend I have enjoyed in dogdom. He is 5 and I would like to find him a companion, a female would be best. He is altered and I would prefer a female that is in good health. Breeding is not an object we are just looking for a companion a bit younger than he is. Thank you, Julia
