WHO'S MINDING THE STORE? SPECIAL REPORT December 1, 2002 Americans Under Surveillence Guarding Freedom of Overcontrol of American Citizens? Who's Tracking? In the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001 tragedy, many nations have responded in fear, and if they lacked these, have begun the rigorous training of special forces similar to those of our own nation. Some of these camps, such as those of Azerbaijan; tend to be in outlying cities or areas. The internet contains various articles, and maps of these camps, in the mideast, eastern europe and America itself. America also began building dossiers on the private lives of all of it's citizens, under the auspices of "Homeland Security" measures. What goes into these files of yours? How stable are the lives of the "professionals" inputting information into these data banks or dossiers of American citizens? Based on information gleaned from case files from our nation's police investigations, religious organizations, immigration services, physicians, social workers or mental health professionals, the average American family or individual, is likely to find his life as imperiled by the information gathering done on his personal life, as he is by threats to national security. Those parents that struggle from their children's birth to their adulthood to raise their children biblically and morally, should know that they are not held responsible solely for their childrens training within the home, but for the American cultures training of them from 18-80. It's of financial benefit for the cities and government of the United States of America to allow the film industry to produce movies featuring sexual violence and crime. The music industry portrays suicide, incest, and other sexually explicit material and the drug culture, inviting the nations youth to experiment. The newspaper reported that one city assists prostitutes in their area by publishing the license numbers of particularly dangerous clients, so they can keep the industry rolling smoothly. If the culture, which includes public education spawns criminals, sexual predators, corporate kings guilty of tax evasion, drug lords, or anti-Christ New Age sects full of witchcraft, the American people can be expected to pay the tab! The sexual appetites of the American public is fueled via the immorality and nudity our nation gains revenue from, such as the film industry, music industry, or the magazines glaring from every grocery checkout stand, and magazine rack. Those voting the laws in, and placed there to guard and protect the American public are in the senate. Are we to conclude the laws are based on their own appetites, or their inate desire to be popular with the people by giving them exactly what they crave? And who are the healers of the nations ills? Accessing the services of professionals, a recent survery was conducted as an experiment. Professionals themselves were tested, using the behavioural sciences, to assess their personal reactions to stress and it was found that they responded with a number or psyciatric disorders. Social workers soon after the Sept. 11, 2001 tragedy, reacted on various occasions with what appeared to be post traumatic stress disorder, appearing unable to sequence or to recall vital information for important reports. More than one worker was observed disseminating false reports, failing to produce receipts for monies received from clients, illegally accessing information from sealed files, acting as clients representation after contracts were dissolved, lying to clients, intimidating, exhibiting anger at clients when other agencies involved required them to redo reports, other agencies or questioned office personel about their activities. Some might find it disconcerting to know that social studies of them or their families can be based on your caseworkers own repressed anger over a fight with their spouse, or whether they found a parking place that day or not, which he or she has compounded into an irritation with a current client. But this is going on under the guise of professionalism, and validated by DSHS and from agency to agency. Mental health accusations at their clients to cover for their own incompetence or malpractice, such as not wanting to edit a report for another agency who found it inappropriate, or for differences in religious beliefs, or for their own irritation at having to return phone calls. In some cases, these mental health labels were generated by the professionals own hostility toward clients when their own procrastinated return of calls, or failure to communicate intentions created instances of repeated emails or phone calls" from those they were hired to assist. Clients tried in vain to get some of these professionals on the phone to explain that a receipt was needed for money sent to them. Or that an expensive report had not been received, which the organization promised this by letter on a certain date. In several cases, the office voice mail, seemed to serve the purpose of collecting "evidence" against clients anger at not being able to reach the professional once the fees were collected. A mental health label was made because clients "sent too many emails," or called too many times, in trying to resolve agency failures to live by contracts made. What was called "an adoptive home study," and might cost $1000 or more, did not require that the individual hiring the agency even receive a complimentary copy. Copies of home studies were not supplied, or couples were charged an additional fee to obtain a copy of the report. In leaving repeated voice mails because agency staff fail to return calls, professionals were observed to become increasingly "disassociative," a term for the selective forgetting of certain information like "the courteous returning of phone calls. Immigration services now requires adoption home studies to include all unfounded allegations, and the DSHS foster adoption programs teach clients that average foster parent receives an unfounded allegation within six to nine mos of licensing. Some foster families received 3 or 4. These allegations can be based on little more than the report of a jealous neighbor who is angry that you remodeled the house recently, or purchased a new automobile. All history of relatives who have a jail record goes on home studies, even if they live in another state. Foster parents state that adoptive parents friends that frequently visit the home are not a matter in question. The simplest of complaints by the client may end up in a CPS file, police record, or the Homeland Security document, as a file with any number of mental health terms. The professionals joke behind one anothers backs about their professional observations of them. It's become a joke to chortle over around the water cooler of the office. Social workers integrate new but false identities into the files of individuals as it suits their own purposes for covering up their own malpractice and fraud. At times they create new and false identities for themselves to provide a false accreditation for themselves. False labels are assigned to individuals, simply to perpetuate and generate business for agencies. Various agencies work to discredit clients and sell services for their own profit. Some of the blackballing and information gathering going on is because of professional jealousy of clients or of rival agencies, or strife. They want those individuals or agencies "out of the picture," who are too observant, or aware of illegal practices going on. In probing to determine the reasons for an agencies lack of financial integrity, when they overcharged above quoted rates, failed to send receipts, or promised refunds, they quickly became "disassociative," and unable to recall their contractual responsibilities. Representatives of the DSHS, together with various agencies, rehashed a 1990 unfounded allegation originally made by a couple doing an adoption. The couple filed a police report, when something said by their toddler sounded suspicious. Within an hour of filing the allegation made out of concern for the safety of their child, they followed the police to the nearest hospital for the child to be seen by the ER doctor. The examination by the physician showed that what the couple thought the conversation of the 2 1/2 year old meant, was not born out by the actual physicial examination. The ER doctor said there were absolutely no signs of sexual abuse. The DSHS social worker at the time also stated to the parents of the toddler that he did not believe there was a basis to the allegation. However, 12 years later, during an adoption home study, caseworkers used the unfounded allegation to deny the adoption. Across the nation, DSHS is at times being found guilty of generating false labels, to quality for label based funding, because they are required to have a certain number of cases of a certain type. Agencies inject labels into reports so they can receive business for additional services, write books and publications, or write a thesis to graduate from a college or university program. Police reports frequently impune or discredit victims testimonies. One internet news report suggests that one reason for this may be due to the fact that it costs $500 to process a rape kit, so these remain on the shelves unused in many of our nations cities. Or reports can make a suspect out of any bystander. In one such case, a person was referred to as a rapist suspect because of the purchase of a pair of nylons in a grocery store near the date of the assault. Reports are frequently conflicting or confusing in nature. It is not required that statements make sense. The police report stated that a male suspect was a women, though bystanders who knew the individual said it was a man. A detective made the statement that the middle aged neighbor may be a rapist, simply because it was reported the person bought stockings at a local grocery store the week a masked rapist assaulted a woman, who said her assailant was a male. Prior to Sept 11, 2002, investigative professionals involved in researching details of homicide cases for police, were found switching body parts, tissue samples, or whatever was needed to convict an individual. A case went to court, in which a coroner testified of a man's spleen. Relatives upon hearing the coroner testify said: Uh oh--Our relative didn't have a spleen. It was removed years ago. This professional was discovered to be charging amassing 40,000 per case, to his false testimony in court, or to give police whatever kind of solution to a case they wanted. A governor of one state became alarmed, when so many men on death row in his state were proven to be innocent. An internet report on crime and law in Colonial America in the 1700's shows that many immigrants fleeing from England to America were looking for the freedom to perpetuate behaviours in America considered criminal in English society at that time. Sometimes prisons were emptied to colonize areas in the world. America responded with capital or severe punishments for far more than terrorism. The report which names the names and crimes committed within the American community was sent to immigration services by a Christian couple, as an example of early "immigration documents." If America had used these reports to ship these people back to England, the individuals would have probably not been admitted back into England. At times the colony punished the individuals that committed the crimes, then forgave and allowed them to go on to lead godly lives. Unfortunately, as the population grew, and the godly became the minority, the unseemly behaviour of the populas became the basis to legitimize certain behaviours like adultery, fornication, and homosexuality. Voyeurism is now widely accepted under the movie section of the newspaper from which Americans select their entertainment. Many families don't go to this page of the paper anymore because there are no family films, or these are so infrequent, that if a decent film comes out, it will soon be published by word of mouth, as one of those rare phenomena. Emma Lazarus statue of Liberty inscribed with the words "Give me your huddlled masses yearning to breathe free has a double meaning, in that has long been to immigrants from struggling cultures the symbol of freedom for those wanting to start a new life, or to worship God in freedom. But to the criminals of the world, to the sexually immoral, the statue in New York Harbor symbolizes the liberty to commit licensious freedoms inherent within American culture that America guarantees, but which some cultures yet forbid, because these have long shown to disintegrate a nation, and lead to it's downfall. The biblical foundations of America were laid with the scriptural concept that it is "righteousness that exalts a nations." Nothing contributes to it's decline faster than those behaviours which God Himself calls "unrighteous" within the pages of His Word. In dossiers being collected on the general public for so-called "Homeland Security," measures; criminals are being recorded as law abiding, and honest citizens are being increasingly slandered. The security of Americans is at stake, but bears watching, not just externally, but internally as well. The naive American public would do well to keep better records themselves, on the various activities which they are aware are going on in their neighborhoods and cities.
