Serving Soilder in Afghanistan with the New Zealand Army. went on leave to Scotland to trace my hertiage as my Grandfater was William Collin Farquharson who served in Egypt and Italy in WW2, he was awarded the Military Medal in Italy for bravery. He latter returned to New Zealand to become a Farmer, he passed away in 1996 and is greatly missed by all, my grandmother Mabel Farquharson still lives in Rissington, Napier, NZ.
Would love to trace my family tree back to Scotland.
