I'm very proud of my heritage and thinking about joining "the clan" someday. I have had the clan crest tattooed on my back for the last ten years and for many more to come. I recently found out that our family joined the Farquharson's and helped in battle. My younger brother and I are the only New Zealanders in our family, it is my dad that is Scottish and was born and bred in Ayr which is where his side of the family still live but our ancestors did live in Aberdeenshire which I also recently found out. Love this website

My grandfather was Edward Ernest Farquharson do you know anything about him and if so could you send me any information i know he was born in australia and i was left lots of paperwork including clan papers and info about balmoral
