Thank you so much for publishing this letter. It makes me feel more normal that someone else has had such a similar experience to me. I have been out of my relationship for 2 years now and am back to being me. I have found my happiness and peace again and managed to find someone who apprecaites me and is not constantly demeaning and degrading me and destroying my confidence and independance. It is interesting to note how much power we give our abusers. It took a particularly severe physical attack for me to realise how unhappy and unhealthy I was in my relationship and no matter how much I loved him, it was destroying me. Thank you for making it so clear, concise and understandable. Best of luck and I hope you end up as happy as you deserve and should be.

As of yesterday my BPD girl and I broke up. She is 7 months pregnat. Like you I knew something was amiss. Very odd reactions to very small things, ANGER!! We have been together for almost two years, three weeks ago I discovered her BPD. It is an unbeleavible thing to be experiance. Glad to have found your words.

I am still with my BPD partner, hanging on to hope *crosses fingers* and trying to walk out of OZ with crutches, and a blindfold on... lol Thanks again for sharing such a personal, well written story :D
