Hi everyone! I recently learned about this site when I started my reveiw for the USMLE STEP 1 and 2 at KAPLAN Review Center (Cebu City) last February 2002. It was a big help because of the tips and additional info that I got from the site. It even helped me bolster my confidence. I recently took the STEP 1 last May 17, 2002 and I hope everything turns out fine. I am currently reviewing for STEP 2 which I will be taking on August 30, 2002. God willing, I will take the CSA on Feb.2003. Hey, does anyone out there know where and how I could get into a good Orthopedic Residency program in the States? I am a Filipino-American graduating from a US med school. Though I'm not an IMG, I see them as qualified as any American med school graduate. I deeply honored and humbled to have worked with IMG's on the wards during my clinical rotations; they knew their clinical stuff really well. I pray for all of you wanting to get a residency here in the US. It takes a special and super-motivated person to go through numerous hurdles to get a pgy spot. I just want to say, "thanks".
