Sammy, you are a part of my life every bit as much now as you have always been. You will forever be my pride and joy, etc..! I went to the mountain on the 5th and I heard you say , Mom, I'm OK. I know that you and your Dad are creating beautiful pictures in that Heavanly art Studio. The Lord showed me that. The mountain did not seem so lonely and desolate this year.( I had Sunshine with me. You would have loved Sunshine, Sammy.) I rested upon a rock that had your name painted upon it and thought about how many lives that you have touched in such good way. Someone that never knew you was "Celebrating Sammy" on that day, too. It wasn't planned by human means, but Penny emailed to let me know that she read the book and celebrated you and her precious Bruce, who was so much like you. Do you know Bruce there? I am sure that you do. I love you so much and missing you will always hurt but, now, I do feel the joy that you have given. For everyone who knew you and for those who will know of you, You will continue to give joy, forever.

Sam, I never had a chance to know you but from what I see in Rach you were an amazing brother. The impact in her is evident. The way she talk about you make me wish we had a chance to be friends. You will all be together someday. I hope that I can be that person you have always thought was right for your sis. The good ones die too young to show us all how precious life really is.

Bubby...5 years without my lil bro...its still so hard. looking at this site again just reminds me how much I have missed you...I miss you so much. Everytime someone asks me about my tattoo I get to tell them about my one of a kind, talented brother, in a small way it keeps you with me. god, I wish I could see you again just once Sam.. You are irreplacable to my heart. Take care of Dad for me and Mom, I'm glad you get to be together now, I know He missed you terribly. We miss you both so much, it hurts so much to be without you guys in our lives.. you made it fun. Sammy, I'm sorry it took me so long to sign your guestbook. I had never found this before now (ty google). Guess this just goes to show, you wont ever be forgotten. I can guarentee I wont ever meet anyone like you. You were a charachter to say the least, funny, talented, you had more personality in your pinky finger than most people have total. Sometimes when I listen to Fear Factory, it reminds me of you. I can only hope you're in a better place now, and may you R.I.P. And to Mr. & Mrs. Steinmetz, I'm sorry for you loss, Sam was a good kid.

It is now 4 years without Sammy's presence on this earth. I went to the moutain and watched for butterflies, but all I saw was an evil place that makes no sense to me. You are so horribly missed, Sam. For some of the friends that you cared about so much, I sorely wish that they would live their lives in a better way. Lives that they have the oppportunity to live, something that you were cheated out of. Someday, I will hug you again and tell you how very proud I am and have always been of you. I love you so much, Sam.
