I can't say to much without getting in trouble. But, I can say and ask WHY! Why did Coe do it and why are they covering it up. That was my dad and that was not right. Dad will never get to see me and jess get married or see his grandchildren. So is it right hell no it ain't right. He couldn't catch him so he ran him over. Dad was coming home so the bike would be safe, and so we knew he was still alive. But none of that happened because Coe thought he'd be "billy- bad- ass". Mr. Hero. But, he killed my dad. Dad missed mom's birthday by 15 days. Didn't even know that he just had a niece come into this world. Dad I Love You and I know you are watching over us. I am totally appalled at the apathy in the biker community here in the area that Tiny lived. They are all afraid to stand up and speak to the fact that Tiny was killed by a Deputy SHERIFF FOR FAILURE TO HEED A BLUE LIGHT & SIREN

I'll miss you Tiny, my Brother! Let me tell you about the first time I met Tiny. I had just been stationed in Beaufort, SC and was looking for the scooter trash bar in town. I went to a place called the Butterfly club (it was the first bar off the base). When I went in side I saw HD tee shirts on all kinds of people.. I figured cool maybe they parked out back. So I slam a drink and went to check out the scooters.. I had parked next to a 750 honda chopper and I think the other was a pan? So I went out side, walked around the back of the bar only to find dumpsters and rats. So I walk back to my scooter and figure it's time to get the f--k out of the want-a-bees bar. When I got back to my scooter I saw a mountain of a man and a red haired wild man.. The big guy sayz. "Do you know who's scooter your fingure f--king?" "Yep.. Mine.. do you just wear that shirt or do you ride?" Tiny sayz "Lets ride to a real scooter trash bar!" And life was never the same after that! I later found out that Mr. Yuck (the red haired wild man)and Tiny gave MANY a Marine hand to hand combat training on any night of the week.. My heart felt sarrows go out Smokie, Jesse and Ben! and to all those who were lucky enough meet, ride with and party with the Dr. Tree Trunks. You WILL be missed, but never forgoten my Brother.. "RUN IT TO THE HUB"

I think that this is a poor judgement on the cops part. We are required at all times to have our vehicles undercontrol and as thepublic would be charge with vehicular homicide had it been us. Weather he hit the bike first or not isn't even an issue he was way to close to the bike to begin with. They blame us motorcyclist for all this but it is the cars who do not watch out and take cautions against hitting us.I am extremly upset that yet again another cop gets away with murder and does as he pleases. We are the ones who pay them and they are suposed to work for us so why don't we get to decide how they should be dealt with.
