I owned a Light 15 in Melbourne in 1966 which was a great vehicle. Keep up the good work. Excellent website too!

My Father Sidney Scraggs bought, for my mother, a bronze colored Light 15 from the Works Manager Of the Slough factory on the Slough Trading Estate, in about 1953-1955. I remember the registration: NKX 672 [I also have some pix] It had been factory customized with front and rear removable armrests and a custom radio. It had Marschal headlights and air horns plus Cibie fog and spots lights. I learnt to drive in it and remember how heavy the front end was. I also remember the turn signal indicator was on a timer. Wonderful memories. RS

When I was an accountant many years ago I had a
part time job with Bales of Croydon, main Citroen
Dealers in the 1950's. I was paid one time with a
1948 Legere in grey. I used to drive up to
Chesterfield to see a client. The car was in a bad
state and invariably by the time I got back to
London wires would short in the dashboard and
fumes were everywhere. however in fog and snow it
never let me down. Great to see another generation
dedicated to this great car.
