Trying to locate classmates gets harder with each reunion. Being able to use e-mail and the internet has been a big help. It's a great way to stay in touch once they have been located. Thanks for the guestbook.

The Willis All School Reunion Committee
met this evening, June 20th at the Dempsey Middle School. Fourteen people attended. Those in attendence were from the classes of 1936,1945, 1948,1950,1951, 1952, 1960, 1966, and
2008.
Part of the meeting involved the selection and cost of the food for the
banquet. Some options were presented
by the food service at Ohio Wesleyan.
No decisions were made, but discussions with OWU will continue this summer.
Most of the meeting involved the compiling of class lists with current
addresses. Class lists from the years
of '47,'48,'50,'51,'52,'60,'66, were either brought this evening or were
said to be available. A concerted effort will be made to begin collecting
those lists before the next meeting.
Initial plans were discussed for
sending out a mailing to all alumni
by the end of September. A second mailing will take place several months later. The second mailing would include reservation forms and specific details.
A meeting with a group of former Willis
teachers will take place in the next two
weeks. They will begin compiling the
names and addresses of any former Willis School employees.
The next planning meeting for the Willis Reunion will be Thurs.,
July 25th, at 7:00pm. The location will
be Dempsey Middle School.
Anyone wishing to be a part of the planning is welcome to attend.
