I love Rikki's poem. I found your site while looking for something else. I have been grieving for my Charlotte, an American Eskimo Dog for 2 and 1/2 years now. She died young, at 82/ years old, due to renal failure after many years of living with kidney disease. That poem really hit home. It's beautiful
