I just wanted to put my two cents worth in now,First and formost Im not scared to sign my name or speak my mind on any mater concerning this band,if any of you guys think Lynnette or I are signing this guest book under false names your all wrong,The fact of the mater is you all need to stop beating the dead horse (Y.O.A.P) is over with and done I cant speak for the rest of the band but Ive moved on to other things,not to use this website as a plug for my new band but Im playing with Epsilon-Zero now,and since the break up I have played at Ziggys with a crowd of about 700 people,we've opened up for 2 nationals Nocterne (former members of Marlin Manson)and Bile,we have shows booked all the way up til Christmas,from WV to Washington D.C,and to top it of were playing a battle of the bands/showcase for Warner Bros records at The Money in RockHill,S.C starting in Feb 2003,so its very aparent I dont have time to get on here and sign all these bullshit messages,its time everybody moves on,from my understanding Shawn T has,so lets stop all the childish BS,and leave Y.O.A.P in the past with the great memories we had and end this maturely remaining the friends we are Peace Out best wishes to you all,and Shawn T, I hope your Mom is doing well give her my best regaurds. Children Children Children, it seems that none of you, (women of the band & band members), have the guts to say such things to each others face you have to go to the guestbook and post how you all feel like children. I thought that you were all nice mature people when I met or heard of you. Seems as if I was wrong. This is the wrong forum to vent your frustrations. Instead of hiding behind false names you should be talking to one another, that would constitute returning calls, email, and any other form of communication. FYI: Shawn never left the band if you all recall!!!!! I had successfully talked him into not doing so even though it meant driving four hours round trip for practice. I don't think much effort to keep things together was really made by any one member of another since Bobby left and ShawnT moved. It seems that before the changes had a chance to even settle people were making plans to move on despite acquiring a new bass player and plans to move on busy as usual. I think that everyone should have worked harder to keep this good thing (You of All People) going. Remember its a band, meaning a group of people not an army of one or two! A group should try to stay together through the good and the bad and I while believe communication is key I have to reiterate that this is not the forum for this kind of banter. You want to stay together? Get together and get things straight before enemies are made. And that's my two cents once again - LuSung

You know, as I read this guestbook it puzzled me. Why such harsh words about the drummer and singer? I mean, I have seen the drummer and singer meet with people at the shows and they are very nice to everyone. Don't be jealous. If the drummer has the talent to play his drums like a bad ass then let him. As far as the bass player, he made a decision to leave the band, no big deal, happens all of the time. Everyone was gonna press on, but ask yourself this, why would you be in a band that practices in Walkertown and move away to Raleigh? Job, yeah right. Them trips 2 nights a week would get old. Everyone is putting blame on Bobby and Brent but I think we all know who broke up the band. Don't we Shawn T???!!!!! P.S. The drummer is now playing with Epsilon-Zero. ROCK ON!!!!!!

Thanks Shawn T you seem to be the only member who cares enough to communicate with us all. I read this web page alot but I have never posted. But since every one is sharing I might as well. You guys rock!!! I have seen almost every Tavern show (including the 1st!) I am blown away by you guys! However, the singer does have a very good voice, but seems he has not much ability, and seems to tend to sing out of range, crack alot on stage and scream to make up for it. Great front man though, until it comes time to work the crowd. The drummer though he was awesome, seemed to not be happy unless he made it a drum solo show , by the way I tried to talk to both singer and drummer, not very friendly people. The bass player I am mad at, why did he leave??? His playing and style ( I think) fit the band perfectly. Just like the guitar players, who by the way are both very friendly and easy to talk to. I think that the instruments (guitars and bass) is what makes the band, I was so suprised to find out you guys tune so LOW, you don't play like you do, you guys don't rely on that like a lot of bands do, you actually play parts, riffs not just chords, you guys inspire me. The band though is still awesome, drummer singer and all. Please lets see a return to the original sound, the original line up and see some more great shows. Get the old line up back WE MISS YOU!
