What a thrill to hear you sing at the FBC Jacksonville Pastor's Conference! The throat may be different, but the heart is just the same. Many years ago you sang at Bethlehem Baptist in Oneida, TN when Clyde Martin was pastor. I had the honor then of playing "He Shall Feed His Flock" for you. As you sang Monday night in Jacksonville, I recalled that night in Oneida, so many years ago. God bless you and your ministry

Hi Bette: It is great to see your Website and know that you are well and happy! We remember with much fondness the times you were in our church at First Baptist, Fitzgerald, Ga. for revivals and concets. I was Minister of Music during those days and we were all so blessed by your singing and testimony! We have a mutual friend in Jim Whitmire who was our interim Minister of Music at FBC, Dallas for several months. We would love to hear from you when you have a minute! Tommy and Paula Lander

HI Bette, I've been looking for you since the late 1960's, when You were at FBC in Weatherford, Okla. You were there several different times and I loved Your music and the harmonies with David and Carol. I can still hear "WITHOUT HIM" and will never forget the beautiful sound of your voices blending together! I'm so happy to find your website and to be able to order your CD's! I hear your songs on BBN often and it takes me right back to those special days in Weatherford! God Bless You as You continue to SING and Serve our Lord! Love and Prayers, Debbie

I saw Bette many times when I was a teenager at various crusades in small churches in West Tennessee. She has inspired me to sing for Jesus to my best and I still love to hear and sing many of those old songs, Roll Jordon Roll, In Times Like These, His Eye is on the Sparrow. Thank you for your ministry.

When I was a young child my father (An SBC Preacher) took us to revival somewhere near Fordyce, AR where we met "The Stalneckers". Shortly after the meeting, my father packed us up and we moved to Jacksonville, FL where we lived in the Stalnecker home for a few months until daddy found us a house and a small church to paster on Wigmore Street. Daddy worked on the Stalnecker busses when they broke down (one trip carried us to North Carolina to fix a broken bus). I have fond memories of those times and was happy to see this website-a nice way to reminisce since daddy has been gone 7 years now. Synnova

Hi Bette, I remember meeting you when I was about 10 or 11 yrs. old. I loved watching you sing using sign language for the deaf. You encouraged me to get a sign language book and gave me money to purchase one. I since then interpreted all through college and was deaf interpreter for a church in Garland, Texas for a few yrs. I also remember your sons Rick and Chip playing guitars and singing. This was in the 60's and you sang at Bethal Baptist Church in Spanish Lake, Missouri. Rev. Robert T. Winter was pastor. The Suddards (Neal and Margaret) accompanied you on piano and organ right after the Tysons. Her name was Carol, I believe. I don't remember his name. They were great too on the piano and organ. I sure hope to hear from you. We were listening to a song you used to sing entitled, "KING JESUS" which I also sang after learning it from your album...and I thought, "I wonder how Bette Stalnecker is doing" so I looked you up on the internet. I hope all is well with you and how are Rick and Chip doing? Thanks for listening, Ron Henrici
