Your smile and untiring good humor are sadly missed. What few knew, I share here. We supplied each other with boots and shoes when the other was missing a size or style that a desperate customer needed...and, more often, you were the one taking from your inventory to help us. Unselfishly. And, truly, that is what you were all about, at home, in your store, at horse shows, visiting our store...always helping someone else and always with a smile, no matter how tired you were. Thank you Carolyn.

Our deepest sympathy to all of Carolyns family. Carolyn was most gracious to me and to my daughter. I cannot remember purchasing any riding gear or clothes from anyone but Carolyn for many years. I will definitely miss her.

I will miss you Carolyn.
I always always went to your trailer first at all the shows.
It will never be the same...sigh

I remember Carolyn, not just because we have the same first, uncommon name, but because she was such a special person. My daughters do not "show" any longer, but when we were heavy into the "show circuit," there would be Carolyn. She'd throw her goods into the back of her camper truck and set up shop at the shows. I bought many horsey things from her for my girls. And I'd sit and talk with her while my girls "warmed up" their horses. She was a kind, knowledgeable, and friendly person. May she rest in peace because I know that God is embracing her in His loving arms close to His heart - she was that special. Amen.

I new Carolyn back between the years of 1990-1995 when I was heavily competing in all around Hunter Jumper "A" circuit shows, where my mom, Carolyn also, would always love to go to the Sonoma Saddle shop to look and purchase stuff. When I heard of the news this month, a whole bunch of memories went through my head of these horseshows. May you rest in peace and your memories live on.
Love and Friendship Forever, Tami
