Danny lived life in a very spiritual way. Thanks for sharing his life with me. What an inspiration of a human being! You were so lucky to have him in your life. Through he's dearly missed, he'll live in your heart and in the kindness and beauty he brought to all the people he touched with his special spirit. God bless you!

Hi Dora,
My young brother Philippe decided to die 3 years ago at the age of 34, like your brother. And I understand what you feel...

It looks to me as if your brother had a very special gift- he knew the preciousness of life itself. That in itself is priceless. He may have been taken incredibly young but he probably experienced more of the joy of life then many of us ever will. That poem about skipping stones is just beautiful and shows that he really understood so much about the meaning of life. I know wherever he is now he is smiling at the way you have chosen to share his memory.
Take care
Mary Ann

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Danny definitely lived life to the fullest!!!!! His photographs were wonderful and I love his "Barefoot"--could see that little rock skimming over the water. I know it is such a blessing to you and your family to know that his life touched so many---even today as it touched me(an 80 year young granny in Mississippi). I am using Danny's picture of the stream and rocks as my desktop background which I entitled "Living Waters". Shalom, y'all Marion

Dear Dora,
My name is Shon and I just checked out the site you posted in memory of your brother Danny. I wanted to tell you that I have never been so touched by a memorial online. We live in a technological world where you can't trust in the people you meet online and often take the stories they share with a grain of salt, but I found myself visibly shaking. It is clear that you loved Danny and that he loved his family and friends. This world is a much sadder place from his absense.
