I spent 3 months on the Cheyenne River doing voluntary work, where I met a member of Sheldon's family. I was given the opportunity to attend part of the 4 mile parade (from the Eagle Butt Cultural Centre to the High School). I found it very moving, emotional but also beautiful and peaceful. I also attended the Final Roll Call in the high school gym. I can't really say what I'm trying to say but maybe words aren't enough or maybe no words will express. But those memories will stay with me for always, as Shelon's memory will stay with his family for always.
