bought a 99 lincoln signature touring pkg. looked & handled different than other lincolns new the motor was beefed up too. Went to ford to get a new manifold pkg, that year It was made of plastic need I say more. The bracket for the alternator didn't fit that's when he told him It was a touring pkg. his eyes popped open & said that's what we call the commisioners car. told me about all the extra features under the hood, this car Is a beauty as It Is all blacked out molding & windows W 5 spoke Lincoln chrome rims. all leather 6pk. alpine cd sunroof plus the police pkg. I use this vehicle for my livery business here In san diego & get nuthin but compliments on the ride It & handling It delivers.

Hi,
Just beginning to realize that I am not alone in my love for old Police cars! I have owned a 1972 C.H.P. Dodge Polara Pursuit since 1983. I still have the original drivetrain, broadcast sheet and paper work connecting it to the C.H.P.! I love everything about what these cars are meant for. Built like a tank, power, comfort, and good looks just to name a few of many things that makes Police cars so special,at least to some of us.
Thank You for your Website. Goodluck to you! Micheal McDonald

If law enforcers ever switch to foreign-made cars; I think that they should go with the NISSAN - MAXIMA.
They have a great ride & they can go!!!
