Well, well, well, here we go again! Who's gonna investigate the Investigators?? Naming Names of Possible Errant Investigators Inspector Goley at Holmes ---------Cover ups & refuses to investigate, also accused of inappropriate touching also known as assault The next investigator -----------I was not going to mention him as I thought the investigations were being cleaned up , but it is evident from the email I received the corruption is still widespread----------even in the main offices! ( excluding Wasi & Murphree, as they are trying hard to clean this mess up!) Inspector Brent Kent------------ask him about when Lindy wanted him to investigate the guard that choked her son----------he didn't investigate because the inmates had conflicting statements----------1 inmate said he thought (as he was the one being choked) that a white t shirt was being used to choke him and a witness said it was a white towel that was used during the choking------------------that's a conflicting statement????????????????? Inspector Coffee ( sp?) that went to Holmes today to investigate ----------No investigation was done------------see email below! and Possibly Inspector Stephens needs to be investigated , too-------------------especially if he is the same inspector I dealt with shortly after Archie Davis died. What's going to be done?? I just got a phone call from Micah. He says he just returned to the dorm from interviewing with the Investigator from Tallahassee. He said the guy was a @#$%^& from the time he walked into the room. He said he knew what this was all about -- his DR and visitation suspension -- and he was just using these other guys to help him get heard. He said he really didn't care what Micah's "girlfriend" thought. He wrote nothing about the guy in confinement getting sprayed while sleeping. He wrote nothing about Micah being denied medical for his asthma attack. He wrote nothing about Micah's personal grievances with Cassidy. As Micah walked out of the room he said to the other inmates that this guy didn't believe anything he said and that they were using him. Then this inspector calls Micah back into the room and says he needs to shut his mouth and stop interfering with his investigation or he would throw him in confinement. As Micah was walking down the hallway to leave Asst Warden Johnson steps out and calls this inspector by his first name and asks if there is a problem. The inspector says no that Micah just thinks he "runs something". Then when he was almost out of the door he heard the inspector say that he won't have any further problems because the other inmates won't be assholes like the other one. After hearing this I called the Inspector General's office and spoke with Doug Stevens about this encounter. I asked if they condoned these types of comments and behaviors from their inspectors. He said no. I asked if I could expect any follow-up on this episode. He said no-he couldn't discuss a current investigation. I said since this was technically an informal complaint (as it was done over the phone) should I put something in writing and e-mail it. He said I just told you I would look into it. I responded with "I've been told alot of things from alot of people and it never seems to go anywhere". He was a little testy but not terribly rude. Who the hell is going to watch out for our guys if the inspectors themselves have no interest in justice??? Sorry I just had to vent a little What now Sara

RE:start a forum, Lindy I have a membership to Delphi forms now and I can have a forum in there for no extra cost there is 3forms of membership in delphi one is a no pay but you have pop ups and can not post in anything but plain text.. but you still have to sign up! it can also be a restricted group were only members can read or get into the group..
