I was very pleased to find your website and read some of the information that has confirmed what I have come to believe. A close family friend is in Palm Beach county jail for 6 weeks now. He is a 100% disabled Vietnam Vet and has asked 12 times for medical attention and received none until I made 3 phone calls to the Sheriffs Department. I feel fortunate that he at least got some small satisfaction. I feel he needs additional medical attention and will continue to use your site for hints/tips. I will also try to become involved, as time permits. Sincerely, Cheryl

Hi, actually I am surfing the Web with the intention to find a suitable script for guest book. Have seen tons of them already. To tell you the truth, this one is not of the greatest, but still customizable, with anti-spam protection (which is way too important for me) and few fields to fill in (I know on my own that random visitors get confused with lots of fields). Kay Lee said that you could help me. My Son Chris was transferred to Tomoka CI. That is where I met Michael. We all talked about me getting on Michael's visitation list. So I could see him and still be able to see Chris. Chris's girlfriend would come up to see him. I found out that I couldnt get off ones list to get on another. I know Michael knew some other inmates girlfriends who was doing it. Michael said that Officer Casey didnt like him and made comments about Michael and me. I havent been able to get back on Chris's list yet since Jan. I spoke with Officer Plummer and she said that she was going to put me back on his list and for me not to worry about the other person. She was referring about Michael. Michael has told me that there is alittle prejudice going on here. Michael is Guyanese and Im White. Now I really know what she meant by it. You see my ex called up to Tomoka and told them that Michael was going to beat up Chris. Someone else called up there and stated that Chris life was in danger. I know Michael would not do that because he cares a lot for me. Chris didnt fear for his life. They told him that he had to go into confinement for his own protection. They were both charged. I would call up there and ask Michael's classification officer Melton and he always told me that he didnt know anything that I had to speak to Officer Casey. Shouldnt officer Melton know what was going on. He never did, why's that. I thought it was their job to know what was going on. First they told me Michael was there for loaning money to another inmate and that Chris was being charged for a 3-way call. Then I called a couple days later and they said that Michael was being charged with a 3-way call. What happened to him loaning money? They are still in confinement. Michael has until the 18th before he will be out of confinement. While he was there they had him transferred to the Franklin C.I. That is about 7 hours away from me and his family. Why did they transfer him nobody knows why and they are not telling us. His father got a phone call from someone at the Orlando facility before they shipped him out to the new facility. The person would not tell him who he was. I don't know if it was an inmate or a guard. Michael was once in Marion County and his mother provided them with a medical note stating that she couldnt drive that far to visit her son. So they had him transferred to Tomoka. So how can they now ship him further away. Shouldn't her medical condition keep him close to home. My son is still in confinement waiting. He said that they might transfer him back to the compound pending the ivestagation. Michael's family and I need your help to get Michael back over here. And I need to get back to visiting my son. And why does the inmates have to live with poor living conditions. No heat. Thank you and God Bless Linda Clemenko
