I came upon your website when I was searching for the words of the song Precious Memories. I can remember singing that song in church 'way back when' as a little girl, I just turned 46. Your website touched my heart, the way you have honored the memory of your husband. How wonderful the love that you shared...my heart is breaking...my husband whom I love with my whole being left me this summer...he says he loves me but wants freedom to do what he wants to do, wants to enjoy life wihtout mowing the yard, house maintenance, dealing with the stress of the kids...he wants to 'date me' on the weekend, sotra like have his cake and eat it too, To me, it's almost as if he has died, the husband I married and loved, doesn't exist, I don't know who this new person is. It's almost worse then death, your husband did not chose to leave you...even though your husband is gone, be thankful that he loved you until the very end and you have wonderful memories to fill your heart.
