I went to school at Jefferson and Cooper and was in band with Michael. He was truly a nice person. I have prayed all these years that questions would be answered. I will pray every day that one day we will know what truly happened.

We are searching for an ex M-System employee named John Boles. We believe John left Abilene for Florida shortly after Michael disappeared. John was allegedly in the parking lot the night Mike left the store on the night of his disappearance. We're hoping he can verify some information for us. Thank you Monica! We so appreciate your checking out Mike's story, and we hope that you hear some news on your daughter very soon. We are in a similar situation, in that we have an opinion about who is responsible for Michael's disappearance based on numerous facts. Specifically, it is our opinion that Chito Alardin and Val Rodriguez, both of Abilene, know more about Michael's whereabouts than they have told police. Chito's car matched the one outside the Adams house that evening, AND, in the Missing Reward video, he freely admits to driving home with Michael. Also, the story about the events of that evening changed between 1987 and 1991. Chito's wife, Lisa, tried to tell us that he and Val didn't know each other back then, yet we have multiple verifications that Val worked at that M- System with both Chito and Michael back in 1987, and that he and Michael were on good terms (coincidentally, Val happens to be Lisa's brother). There are other things as well, but lastly we've received tips that have pointed the finger again and again at these two. Just as you're continuing to pursue Dan in connection with Kristen, we're continuing to make the same connections for Michael. They're hoping that we'll go away. They can keep hoping.

Hi, I am the mother of Kristen Charbonneau and you signed my guestbook for my missing daughter. I didn't get a chance to read your entire website but will after I get home. All I can say is, keep doing what you are doing. I have only been doing this for 4 years and you've done it a lot longer. I am deeply sorry for the loss of this young man. It is a shame our lives have turned into this, but it is what it is. Don't ever give up and if you know a person of interest and can prove the facts of the case are true, they can't touch you. Remember if you state your opinion on what happened, you are OK. Dan Moore will never sue me because he is a coward and he won't put himself in that postion. Also, don't let the police stop working the case. See if you can find a detective that would like to solve a cold case. This would be a perfect case to reopen with a new set of eyes.
