This site really brought me home. I can imagine all the other memories that every Rhode Islander remembers when viewing this GREAT site. There is NOTHING like authentic Italian food that I can't get here in Fla. I am Portuguese and able to get the chourico at local stores here. I also found a Portuguese bakery and authentic Portuguese restaurant. This web site even helps us check the feasts that we all attended. Great Great job in desiging, layout and making us smile again with memories of home.

Oh My Gawd!.. When I saw this site I almost laughed. I Used to Live in Rhode Island for a long time and then in 95 i moved to maine. I to remember all the food and the hot Weinees.. We used to go to this place in Riverside and they would make the best weinees. I wish they had them here in maine. I miss Rocky Point and the clam bakes and stuff I remember when i Used to get into that place for free bcuz my parents worked for E.B. Oh thoes were the days.. This is an awsome site.

I lived in R.I. most of my life and Enjoyed all the food you mentiond. There is no where that can compare with all the good food in R.I. I still talk like a Rhode Islander and It is amuzing because the folks here have a hard time understanding me. Gee, I wonder why? Thanks for the great memories.....Pauline
