I heard about OMP through a local newspaper article and it couldn't have been at a more perfect time, as the apartment community I work at had decided not only did we want to do our Toys For Tots Drive, but we wanted to send care packages to our troops overseas. Then I met Susan and the rest is history. I have a brother in the Navy, a cousin in the Marines and some friends in Afghanistan. To all of you who read this and are in the military, thank you! This "sister" knows what sacrifices you are making. It is people like you who make this world a better place!!!! What you are doing in Iraq, Afghanistan and everywhere else is MAKING A DIFFERENCE and don't ever forget that!!!! While we can't be with you, there isn't a day that we don't think about you and pray for your safety and that you all come home to us. Oh, and if you're sick and tired of eating with plastic silverware among other things...tell Susan or "mom" and I'll send real silverware! LOL. Enjoy your care packages as we all enjoy shopping and sending them to you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

To all the men and women who are fighting for our freedom...I want to say Thank You, and let you know that you are thought of everyday. I am grateful to Allen and Susan, their friendship has been such a blessing. They are awesome people for each and everyone of you are their kids. Thanks to Susan, my cousin Christophers life was made better while he served in Iraq. sadly he lost his life saving others! but i am so thankful this organization was there to fullfill the needs of him and his troops! god bless i love u
