I was just curious to know why Officer Timothy Harts is not on the "We Honor the Fallen" page. Officer Harts was killed in a car accident by a drunk driver on 9/3/06. I see that officer John Hurley, who was killed in a motorcycle accident, is on this list. Is there a reason why Officer Harts is not included? Tim's father is a retired Chicago Firefighter and I think that it is only fair that Officer Harts be included on your website. Please advise, Thank you.
