Todd: Everything you said is on the money. I also have had the chance to race with M.O.R.E, S.N.O.R.E,Whiplash and B.I.T.D. If you have not raced with The Best In The Desert try it. I believe you will be back. If its the money your in the wrong sport. This is how it adds up. BITD $500.00 Most other coalition races $300.00 Differance of about $200.00 That's about what I spent on beer to get the car preped last weekend. You will get your Money's worth with Casey & B.I.T.D. Dennis: I had talked with BITD and tryed to get us a three lap race but something happend. Casey asked if the coalition cars would vote and decide. I know we can make three laps and the lap times from last year put us well ahead of the cut-off time. I believe Casey had talked with Ron P. to make it final. I am willing to vote at tech or signup if Casey will let us change from 2 to 3. It would feel better if we finished the real 425. Good Luck: T-Bag Racing (DC)

I hope more then 4 cars show up. I race 5/1600 and class 10. I will be in the Jimco 10 car at Parker. The Coalition voted for this race and only 4 cars are entered? Its funny how everybody always talks about wanting to race in the big series(Score & BITD)but the cost is to high. Here is your chance to race in the Parker 425, A rather famous off-raod race. For dirt cheap! The Coalition & BITD are giving you guy's an opportunity that most other classes have never been offered. Let's be real the only way this class will ever get the respect it diserves is if everybody works together. Crapy turnouts only makes the Coalition look bad. Ron has busted is butt to get good series to work with the Coalition. If the turnouts are low they will not want to give you guy's another opportunity. Yes Parker might not the same as in the 80's when you raced in Cal & AZ, but its still Parker. Ask Robby Gordon he will tell you its one of his most memorable races. He will be there, He try's to race this race every year. I would be shocked if there was a 5/1600 team that races this race and does not come home impressed. I have raced in several differant series and I think BITD is by far the most orginized series there is. You feel that Casie & Diane give more then they take. Don't get me wrong I love Baja and will always race there, but would Sal give you guy's this opportinity to race for $500.00. I don't think so. Just my 2 cents. If you don't like my 2 cents just let me know and I will give you 2 more!! :-)

I need a head count of everybody who is racing Parker. I will submit everyones name to Casey for the free entry drawing but you must be at least pre-entered with BITD by next weekend. My car is tore apart so I won't make this race (waiting on front leafs and tranny work). I will post contengency prizes next week. Get the word out on the race to all the 5/1600 drivers.
