Awesome weekend of racing.
Class 5-1600 Congrats goes out to:
John Huson overall time 7:38:19, 2nd place Jasper Dyer 8:09:08, 3rd place Mike Simpson 8:10:07.
7 out of the 10 cars entered finished the course giving the 5-1600 class the highest finishing rate at 70%.
The Baja Coalition enjoyed working Check points 3 and 6 for SNORE. Don’t know about the action seen from Main Pit or Check 3, but Check 6 was a great location.
Racers- How was that deep rutted 120* turn @ Check 6? Saw some people really get squirrelly coming in to hot for the turn. Glad we could give a hand to the cars that did pull in. Hope that all enjoyed their time out there.
The Baja Coalition Thanks our Sponsors that helped us get out to the events to support the 5-1600.And to the members that make it happen.

I talked with Jim from MORE at the last MORE race. I asked if he was ready for the next MORE/Baja Coalition race. Jim said no one from the Baja Coalition has made contact with him regarding the May race. Is the Baja Coalition going to race with MORE in May?

Thank You all who participated in making the weekend from Battle At Primm such a great success. There were a total of 14 cars in the 5-16 class that ran both days. 12 of which joined as members of the Coalition. The BBQ was good eats and good times hanging out with all the families and racers. Working on posting all results, pictures, and stories- should hopefully be up by weekend.

Anyone with a power steering unit on their 5/1600; can I get info on which units and how they are working? I want to put one on my car, not sure which to go with yet.
